We offer Recreational & Competitive Programs. The difference is commitment to the time of class and some travel for the Competitive Program.
Recreational Classes are 1 hour long once a week.
Competitive Classes range from 1.5 hours - 2.5 hours twice a week, based on level.
Recreational Gymnastics allows the athlete to become familiar with all 4 elements of Gymnastics: Bars, Beam, Vault and Floor.
Trampoline and Tumbling is where you learn tumbling only. Using our 30ft long Tumble tramp, spotters and the use of our Spring floor.
We offer 3 levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
We place the athlete based on skill ability and not by age. Unless you know that beginner is where they need to be, an evaluation is required to place them in the correct level. There is no cost for the evaluation and it takes about 15minutes.
New members can start at any time. A prorated amount is determined based on the classes you will be able to take.

We post our closing on our home page of our website and we also post it on our FaceBook page.
So please check these 2 areas often. It would be advantageous to follow us on FaceBook.
