IN THIS CLASS, WE WILL WORK ON PERFECTING A CHEERLEADER’S JUMP TECHNIQUE. WE WILL DO DRILLS THAT WILL IMPROVE HEIGHT, FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH, AND TIMING TO IMPROVE JUMP PERFORMANCE. WE WILL ALSO FOCUS ON STRETCHING TO IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY AND TO DO REDUCE THE STRESS ON MUSCLES AND IMPROVE PERFORMANCE. INSTRUCTION WILL ALSO INCORPORATE CONDITIONING TO IMPROVE ALL CHEERLEADING SKILLS.
